• Attend the technical exhibition
• One congress bag per exhibiting company

The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays advance registration payment should be received before 13 November 2009. Registrations can also be made on-site at the congress venue.

Terms of payment for registration fees

• All participants must be registered 
• All payments must be made in Euro (€) 
• Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page), cheque or bank transfer
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Congress Consultants B.V. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees
• Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time.
• Please note 7% VAT will be added to all registration fees.

Cancellations
- Before 26 October 2009: € 50 (excluding 7% VAT) will be withheld
- Between 26 October 2009 and 13 November 2009: 50% refund 
- After 13 November 2009: no refund

Name Change
After 9 November 2009: € 25 (excluding 7% VAT) will be withheld

By cheque
Cheques must be in Euro, made payable in the Netherlands and made out to order of Congress Consultants B.V. - EMUC Barcelona 2009.
All cheques must be sent with details of registration reference number and delegate's name to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.
