Journalists and medical/science writers wishing to participate in the 2^nd EMUC meeting can obtain free registration to the congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at the registration desk.

The registration fee will be waived for representatives of:

• General circulation newspapers, magazines or wire services
• Healthcare newspapers and magazines
• Broadcast media
• Independent medical websites  

Communication organisations whose main objective is to promote their own products or services (i.e. marketing, advertising, financial analysis, or public relations firms) may not register as media. 

All media operators must send in a copy of their credentials (press card dated 2009/2010 or original assignment letter). Journalists will receive an entitlement list upon registration which entitles them to a copy of the press pack. All press are invited to report to the Press Centre to pick up their press pack and congress bag and to obtain any assistance they require. Internet access, a fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.
