If you are a company/ travel agent and wish to register one or more individuals please go to the group registration page and follow the instructions. 
  
Please read the following instructions carefully before making an individual registration

• All individual registrations must be made through the official online registration system. No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (banker’s draft, copy of bank transfer or credit card, in Euro only)
• We require the home or work address of each delegate for our administration. Without an address we cannot proceed with the registration
• Shortly after receipt of your completed on-line registration you will be sent a confirmation and an invoice for your registration. Please check the confirmation carefully and Congress Consultants B.V. if you have questions or remarks

How to make your individual registration online
In order to register for the meeting you need to log-in on the online registration system with your username and password. If you have never registered at this website applications before you can request an username and password on the first page of the online registration system. After having received your username and password you can start the online registration. 
  
Membership status check
The membership status of delegates will be checked.

If you are a resident, nurse or PhD Researcher, please note that you have to send a proof of status to Congress Consultants B.V. This does not apply to members of the EAU, ESMO and ESTRO.

A proof of status is an official letter written by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead. Without a proof of status, reduction on the registration fee will not be granted.
  
Payment
Your registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the appropriate fees.
In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays the payment should be received before 13 November 2009. Please note 7% VAT will be added to all registration fees. Registrations can also be made on-site at the congress venue.
  
Cancellations
• Before 26 October 2009: € 50 (excluding 7% VAT) will be withheld 
• Between 26 October 2009 and 13 November 2009: 50% refund
• After 13 November 2009: no refund

Name Change
• After 9 November 2009: € 25 (excluding 7% VAT) will be withheld

Financial support
Non-sponsored EAU, ESMO and ESTRO members from low currency countries can apply for financial support (not for travel grants). This support applies to registration only (50% reduction on the registration fee ). Please state your membership number and contact details.
