Accommodation
Congress Consultants B.V. have contracted MCI Spain to handle hotel accommodation for the 2nd European Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological Cancers. MCI Spain has a highly professional team dealing with all housing requests and will act as agent for accommodation. Congress Consultants B.V. accepts no responsibility for recommendations given or transactions made.
Hotel rooms in different hotel categories and within easy reach of the congress venue have been blocked for the meeting. The incoming housing requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis by MCI Spain.
Important: Since Barcelona is highly visited, the hotels are often fully booked, we recommend the participants to make their reservation as soon as possible.

Please book before 15 October 2009 to guarantee your reservation.
Reservation and payment
For hotel bookings, full payment of the nights reserved is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment that can be done by credit card or bank transfer. All extra expenses such as mini bar and telephone must be paid directly to the hotel when checking out.

Payment by personal cheque cannot be accepted. All payments must be made in Euros (EUR/€).
Cancellations and refunds
All hotel cancellations must be sent to MCI Spain in writing (fax, letter, or email) before 15 September 2009.
For cancellations received before 15 September 2009, deposits will be refunded.
For cancellations received after 15 September 2009, no shows or nights cancelled, no refund will be possible.
