Address and accessibility congress venue
The EMUC 2009 will take place at the Catalonia Palace of Congresses which is easily accessible by public transport. Barcelona has an excellent public transport system connecting all parts of the city. Congress delegates will receive a transportation pass which is valid on all public transport within the city of Barcelona during the congress.

Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the 2^nd European Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological Cancers can be collected on the last day of the meeting.

Cloakroom/Luggage
A cloakroom is located in the main entrance area and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

CME accreditation
The accreditation request for the 2^nd European Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological Cancers has been submitted to the UEMS/EACCME.
The 2^nd European Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological Cancers, Embracing Excellence in Prostate, Bladder and Kidney Cancer, Barcelona, Spain, 27-29 November 2009 is accredited for 15 hours of European CME credits in compliance with the UEMS/EACCME regulations: 1 hour = 1 European CME credit with a maximum of 6 European CME credits per day.

First Aid
There will be a medical unit present for first aid in the main entrance hall. In case of emergency contact a security guard immediately.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.

Language
All presentations during the congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the EAU. There will be no translation provided.

Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.

Mobile phones
Mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.

Press Centre
Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or at onsite registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2009 and original assignment letter).
Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up at the press centre. Internet access, fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.

Safety
All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre and the exhibition area.

Transportation
Congress delegates will receive a transportation pass which is valid on all public transport within the city of Barcelona during the congress.
